The maestro is Eddy. A first name that slams, for a colorful character. His parents, fans of the singer, were well inspired. And inspired Eddy certainly is, as he is entering his fifteenth year as a chef at the age of 38.
Previously working at the Costes Hotel, rue Saint-Honoré in Paris, he amazes his customers with his know-how and his palpable love for his profession. He also worked at Le Royce (his first experience as a chef at the age of 24), Le Cardinal in Saint-Cloud and La Maison Nordique, where he forged his identity: flavors above all thanks to ultra-fresh seasonal products and timeless recipes created with simplicity.

Now at the head of the Club Pierre Charron restaurant, Eddy embodies the Club's philosophy of excellence every day. Served in the intimate dining room, close to the gaming tables thanks to the room-service tables or in a private lounge, his gourmet and inventive menu satisfies all appetites. Because that's how Eddy is. He listens and creates a thousand and one little attentions according to the desires of his customers, whom he likes to surprise by regularly changing his menu.
Like his incomparable Miso Glazed Salmon, his gourmet verrines that vary according to his moods, or his Beef Filet that was previously reserved for regulars, Eddy knows how to surprise with his gustatory touches, his creative seasonings and his precision in cooking... Eddy's cooking is a whole universe.
